Heard Mr. L. Iralu, learned counsel for the applicant. This is an application seeking impleadment of the new incumbent in COP (C)12/2023. Mr. Iralu, learned counsel for the applicants submits that during the pendency of the contempt petition, the respon-dent No.1 namely, Shri Abhijit Sinha, IAS, Home Commissioner, Government of Nagaland and Shri Mhabemo Yanthan, IAS, Com-missioner, Government of Nagaland (respondent No.2) has been transferred out and in their place, Mr. Vyasan R. IAS and Shri K.S. Anden Konyak have been posted as Home Commissioner, and Commissioner, Government of Nagaland respectively and they are necessary party in the contempt petition. Hence prays for their impleadment as respondent Nos. 3 and 4 respectively in the contempt petition. Prayer is allowed. Let Shri Vyasan, IAS Home Commissioner, Govern-ment of Nagaland and Shri K.S. Anden Konyak, IAS, Commis-sioner, Government of Nagaland be impleaded as respondent Nos. 3 and 4 respectively in the COP(C)12/2023. With the above, I.A. stands disposed of.
