Sailo, J) Mr. Alezo Kire, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the moving of this petition on 24.07.2024, the detenue has been released after favourable consideration of the writ petition filed by the said person vide Order dated 20.07.2024. He, therefore, submits that the petition has become infructuous. Mr. E. Thiba Phom, learned State counsel for respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 and Mr. Z.N. Ngullie, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 agrees to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of above, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. Order dated 20.07.2024 produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner shall be kept on record and marked as 'X' for identification.
