Heard Mr. M. Solo, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. N. Angami, learned Government Advocate for the respondent, Mr. V. Zhimomi, learned Government Advocate for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and Mr. Moa Imchen, learned Sr. Government Advocate for the respondent No.4. Mr. Moa Imchen, learned Sr. Government Advocate appearing for the respondent No.4 submits that in compliance with the direction of this Court on 13.5.2022 in W.P.(C) 282/2021, the service of the petitioner Shri Marwati Longkumer has been regularized under the scheme of regularization and ab-sorption of work charged and casual employees by the Govern-ment. The learned Sr. Government Advocate also placed the Government's Notification No.GAB-1/COURT/CAWD/11/2022 dated 30.8.2024 whereby the service of the petitioner has been regularized. Hence, prays for closing of this contempt proceed-ings. The learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledged that the respondent has complied with the direction of the Court. Page No.# 3/3 In view of the above and since the direction of this Court has already been complied with, I am inclined to close this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
