As per the order dated 05.12.2012, the matter is to be listed after the disposal of the case pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The Office note dated 09.08.2024 reflects that the Civil Appeal No. 3607/2016 pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court has already been disposed of by the order dated 23.07.2024. The said order is taken on record and marked as documents 'X' and 'Y'. The operative part of the said order reads as under: "…The Civil Appeal is disposed of as having become infructuous. The contempt proceedings are dropped and the contempt notice is discharged. As a result, the pending interlocutory applications, including the application for intervention, stands disposed of." In view of the above, and as the parties are not appearing despite of receipt of notice, this contempt petition stands closed.
