Heard Mr. N. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the petitioner apprehends that her application for the post of Angwanwadi Helper for Pamerbela Center under the CDPO, Lakhipur Child Development Services Programme, Goalpara may not be accepted since the petitioner is having the educational qualification obtained from the CBSE, Delhi whereas the advertisement dated 01.11.2024 provides that the qualification of HSLC/AHM should be from Board of Secondary Education Assam. At this stage Mr. R. Dhar learned counsel for the respondents submits that the writ petition is only pre-mature and that the petitioner has neither challenged the advertisement nor has the respondent authorities taken a decision in this regard. Upon hearing the parties and on perusal of the material available, this Court finds the writ petition to be premature.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. Page No.# 3/3 The petitioner is however at liberty to file a fresh writ petition when proper cause of action arises.
