ORDER 23-10-2024 Heard Mr. D. K. Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. M. Devi, learned counsel for the respondent/contemnor No. 1. By way of this contempt petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is drawing attention of this Court to the alleged willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 27.09.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Court in WP(C) No.7237/2021. Today, when the matter was called, Mr. Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 27.09.2022 has already been complied by the respondents. In view of the aforesaid endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in the instant contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
