ORDER

26.11.2024

Heard Md. A. S. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. N. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent. By this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for correction of the order dated 25.09.2024 passed in AB No. 2163/2024 wherein a typographical error has been occurred in the Charge Sheet No. 17/2024 dated

24.07.2024 instead of Charge Sheet No. 70/2024 dated 24.07.2024. Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that inadvertently a Page No.# 2/2 typographical error has been crept in the order dated 25.09.2024 passed in AB No. 2163/2024 which appeared as "Charge Sheet No. 17/2024 dated

24.07.2024" instead of "Charge Sheet No. 70/2024 dated 24.07.2024". After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and considering the grounds cited in the petition, the prayer for correction, as sought for by the applicant, is allowed. Accordingly, the Charge-sheet number stands corrected and be read as "Charge Sheet No. 70/2024 dated 24.07.2024" in place of "Charge Sheet No. 17/2024 dated 24.07.2024". Necessary correction be made accordingly. With the above direction, the interlocutory application stands disposed of.
