¶1Heard learned counsel Mr. A. H. M. R. for the petitioner who has filed this application with prayer for correction of a typographical error in Paragraph-12 of the Order dated 04.12.2024, passed by this Court in connection with AB/3075/2024. It is submitted that this petition was finally disposed of but inadvertently the word 'interim' was inserted in Paragraph-12 of the Order which may be deleted.

¶2It is further submitted that the condition in Paragraph-12 that "The petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer within 1 (one) week and cooperate with the investigation" may also be deleted in order to make the bail granted to the petitioner an absolute pre-arrest bail.

¶4In the Paragraph-12 of the Order dated 04.12.2024 of AB/3075/2024, the word 'interim' is deleted and Paragraph-12(ii) is modified as "The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation". The words in Paragraph-12(ii) "The petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer within 1 (one) week " are deleted.

¶5In terms of the above observation, this I.A. stands disposed of.

¶6This order will form a part of the order dated 04.12.2024 in connection with AB 3075/2024.
