Judgment
ORDER Date : 16.12.2024 Heard Mr. HRA Choudhury, learned counsel assisted by Mr. A.T. Sarkar, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Addl. P.P. for the State respondent. This is an application under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with prayer for pre-arrest bail as they are apprehending arrest in connection with Golakganj P.S. Case No. 224/2024 under Sections 126(2)/191(2)191(3)/118(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Mr. Goswami submitted that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 28.11.2024 all the 3 petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer. I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel for both the parties and considering the facts I am of the opinion that they do not deserve to be confined in custody. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed and the interim bail dated 28.11.2024 is made absolute. Return the case diary. The anticipatory bail application is disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
