Heard Mr. A.A. Dewan, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. G. Sarma, learned standing counsel for the FT matters and Home Affairs representing respondent nos. 2 and 4; Mr. P. Sarmah, learned Addl. Senior Govt. advocate appearing for respondent no.3 and Mr. A.I. Ali, learned standing counsel for ECI, representing respondent no. 5. There is no representation from the respondent nos. 1 and 6.

¶2By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant seeks correction of the order, as the record of the proceeding is now lying with the Superintendent of Police (B), Barpeta.

¶3Upon hearing the learned Standing Counsel for FT matters and Home Affairs, this interlocutory application is allowed.

¶4Accordingly, it is directed that the reference to "Superintendent of Police

(B), Bajali," appearing in paragraphs 3, 4, 8(a), 8(b), and 8(c) of the order dated 13.11.2024, passed in I.A.(C) 3330/2024, and paragraphs 11, 12, 13, 14, Page No.# 3/3 and 17 of the order dated 15.12.2023, passed in WP(C) 1151/2023, shall now be read as "Superintendent of Police (B), Barpeta".

¶5This order shall be read in conjunction with the orders dated 13.11.2024, passed in I.A.(C) 3330/2024, and 15.12.2023, passed in WP(C) 1151/2023.

¶6This interlocutory application stands disposed of.
