. 2024 Ms. P. Borah, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. D. Das, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam, appearing for the State respondent are present. Mr. Das, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has submitted that charge sheet, being C.S. No. 46/2024 dated 31.10.2024 has submitted by the police in connection with Demow P.S. Case No. 46/2024 under Sections 126(2)/ 118(2)/ 109/ 311 of BNS, 2023. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the jurisdictional court and apply for bail, if so advised and in the event of filing such bail application, the same may be considered by the jurisdictional court in accordance with law.
