. 2024 Heard the learned counsel Mr. R. Chetri for the petitioner and Mr. K. Baishya, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam, appearing for the State respondent. Mr. Baishya, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has submitted that the charge sheet being C.S. No. 607/24, dated 29.10. 2024 has been submitted by the Page No.# 2/2 police in connection with Basistha P.S. Case No. 487/2024 under Section 309(4) of BNS, 2023. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to approach before the jurisdictional Court and apply for bail. In the event of filing such bail application, the same shall be considered by the jurisdictional court in accordance with law. With the above observation, this bail application is disposed of.
