The matter comes up for consideration of IA(Civil) 3479/2024 filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 with the prayer for condonation of delay of 123 days in filing the connected writ appeal. Mr. A. Goyal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has not opposed the application for condonation of delay.
