Heard learned counsel for the parties. This interlocutory application has been filed seeking impleadment of Union of India as a party respondent in WP(C) 7748 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 01.10.2024 it was submitted before the Court that due to inadvertent mistake, the Union of India represented by the Secretary to the Government of India Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Industry Policy and Promotion and Under the Page No.# 3/3 Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry were not arrayed as party respondent. Accordingly, this interlocutory application has been

filed

seeking

impleadment

of

the respondent.

Mr. N. Kalita, learned Standing counsel for the Industries and Commerce does not object to the prayer made. Accordingly considering the averments made in the interlocutory application and the submission of the learned counsel present before the Court, this Interlocutory Application stands allowed. The Union of India represented by the Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Industrial Police and Promotion Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi and Under Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department Industry Police and Promotion, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi are arrayed as respondent Nos. 5 and 6 respectively.
