Heard Mr. A.M. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. U.K. Goswami, learned CGC appearing for the respondent No.1, Mr. A.I. Ali, learned Standing Counsel for the ECI, Ms. A. Verma, learned Standing for the Home Department and Mr. P. Sarma, learned Addl. Senior Government Advocate appearing for the State.

¶2By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant namely Rabia Khatun @Rabia Begum who is the petitioner in WP(C) 4273/2023 has prayed for modification of the order 04.10.2024 passed in WP(C) 4273/2023 on the ground that the Foreigners Tribunal case number was not indicated in the order.

¶3The office of the Superintendent of Police (Border) Barpeta has the records of the Foreigners Tribunal cases against the applicant and must also having the access to the learned counsel to verify the particulars.

¶4Be that as it may, the Court is inclined to clarify that the order dated

04.10.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) 4273/2023 was in connection with Page No.# 3/3 the opinion dated 19.01.2023 passed by the learned Member, Foreigners' Tribunal No.11th Barpeta in Case No. (Bpt/11th) FT Case No. 881 of 2016 arising out of reference bearing F.T. Case No. 357 of 2013.

¶5Accordingly, the time for appearance of the applicant namely, Rabia Khatun @Rabia Begum before the Superintendent of Police (Border), Barpeta to take bail in term of order dated 04.10.2024 in W.P.(C) No. 4273/2023 is extended till 14.11.2024. Accordingly, on appearance of the applicant before the said authority within the extended time, the said authority shall do the needful in term of the previous order dated 04.10.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 4273/2023.

¶6This order shall be read together with order dated 04.10.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) 4273/2024.

¶7The interlocutory application stands disposed of.
