In this regard, he has placed before this Court a copy of an order dated 02.09.2024 passed by the Secretary, Department of School Education as the Appellate Authority. Considering the direction of this Court and the order placed on record, it appears that the order has been substantially complied with. The contempt petition accordingly stands closed. The petitioner, however, will be at liberty to challenge the validity/correctness of the aforesaid order dated 02.09.2024, if so advised. A copy of the order dated 02.09.2024 is made a part of the cords.
