Mr. R.R. Kaushik, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam has submitted that in this case police has filed Charge Sheet being Charge Sheet No. 749/2024 dated 05.11.2024. Mr. V.A. Choudhury, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Page No.# 2/2 submits that in this charge sheet, his name is not there. Mr. Choudhury, has filed a copy of the charge sheet. I have gone through it. Since Charge Sheet has not been filed against the present petitioner, this Anticipatory Bail application has become infructuous now and for that reason the anticipatory bail application is closed and disposed of.
