03.10.2024 Heard learned counsel, Mr K Jain, for the applicants, 1) Sourav Baidya and 2) Page No.# 2/2 Nitush Deb Barma, who have filed this application to correct the Police Station case number of the Bail Application No. 2682/2024, where "PS Case No. 156/2024" has been wrongly typed as "PS Case No. 56/2024", in Paragraph-5 of the Order dated 06.09.2024.

¶2Heard Mr M P Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the opposite party/respondent State.

¶3Prayer is allowed.

¶4The typographical error may be corrected accordingly in the Bail Application No. 2682/2024.

¶5This order shall also form a part of the order dated 06.09.2024, passed in Bail Application No. 2682/2024.

¶6In terms of the above, this interlocutory application stands disposed of.
