Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State who submits that though the case diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, the charge-sheet has been laid bearing Charge-sheet No. 102/2024 dated 23.09.2024. In view of the fact of the laying of the charge-sheet, this bail application is Page No.# 2/2 disposed of with an observation that the petitioner may approach the Trial Court and may pray for regular bail before the said Court, if so advised. This bail application is, accordingly, disposed of.
