, J.) Shri AK Kanu, learned counsel for the applicant / appellant, who by means of this application has prayed for transfer of the applicant / appellant from the Central Jail to the District Jail, Darrang. Page No.# 2/2 It has been submitted that the applicant / appellant was transferred to the Central Jail for his treatment and the treatment is over. The learned counsel has however informed that though this application was filed on 26.09.2024, in the meantime, the applicant / appellant has been transferred back to the District Jail, Darrang and therefore, he would not like to press this application. Also heard Ms. A. Begum, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. In view of the aforesaid development, there is no requirement to pass any orders in this application and the same stands closed.
