¶1Heard Mr. S.H. Mahmud, the learned counsel for the applicant and also heard Mr. A.S. Choudhury, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. S.A. Barbhuyan, learned counsel for respondent No. 1.

¶2This is an application praying for impleadment of the Director of Secondary Education, Assam, Kahilipara as respondent no. 2 vide order dated 17.07.2024 passed in Criminal Revision Petition No.283 of 2022.

¶3It is submitted by Mr. Mahmud that by the order dated 17.07.2024, the petitioner is directed to impleade the Director of Secondary Education, Assam, Kahilipara as respondent No. 2.

¶4Mr. A.S. Choudhury, the learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 has no objection.

¶5Prayer is allowed.

¶6Accordingly, the present petition is allowed impleading the Director of Secondary Education, Assam, Kahilipara as respondent No. 2. The petitioner will do the needful in filing the amendment Cause Title in connected Criminal Revision Petition No. 283 of 2022. The petitioner will also take steps for impleading of respondent No. 2.

¶7With the above observations, the IA stands disposed of.
