Heard Mr. S.C. Biswas, learned counsel for the accused and Mr. R.R. Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent.

¶2This application under Section 483 of the BNSS, is preferred by accused namely, Mukitur Rahman, who has been languishing in jail hazot, in connection with the Badarpur P.S. Case No. 202/2024, under Section 137 of BNS, for granting bail.

¶3Mr. Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that he has Page No.# 2/2 not received the case diary, but he has the instruction that the I.O. has already completed investigation and laid Charge-Sheet against the accused, vide Charge-Sheet No. 129/2024, dated 31.08.2024.

¶4In view of above, this bail application stands disposed of by directing the accused to approach the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karimganj, by filing appropriate application and in event of filing such an application, the learned trial court shall dispose of the same in accordance with law.
