¶2This interlocutory application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.08.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) 4283/2024.

¶3By the said order, direction was issued to the petitioner to appear before the Superintendent of Police (B), Bajali. It is projected that the case records in respect of the applicant is lying with the office of the Superintendent of Police (B), Barpeta as the applicant is a resident of Barpeta district.

¶4Accordingly, the prayer made in this interlocutory application stands allowed. Page No.# 3/3

¶5The directions contained in paragraph 5 and 6 of the order dated

28.08.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) 4283/2024, directing the petitioner to appear before the Superintendent of Police (B), Bajali shall stands modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Superintendent of Police (B), Barpeta.

¶6Accordingly, this order shall be read together with order dated

28.08.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) 4283/2024.

¶7Resultantly, the time granted to the petitioner to appear before the Superintendent of Police (B), Barpeta in terms of the order dated 28.08.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) 4283/2024 stands extended till 14.10.2024.

¶8This interlocutory application stands disposed of.
