ORDER The case is put up before the National Lok Adalat. The Insurance Company is represented by its officials. The claimant, is duly present along with his engaged counsel. It is submitted that the earlier awarded amount was Rs. 10,54,352/- (Rupees ten lakhs fifty-four thousand three hundred fifty-two) only and after negotiation both the parties are agreed to settle the matter on an amount of Rs. 6,75,000/- (Rupees six lakhs seventy-five thousand) only as full and final settlement. Accordingly, as agreed to by both the parties, the appellant/New India Assurance Company Ltd. is hereby directed to deposit the remaining amount of Rs. 6,75,000/- (Rupees six lakhs seventy-five thousand) only before the Registry of this Court within a period of 1 (one) Page No.# 3/3 month from today and the claimant will be at liberty to withdraw the same on being proper verification and identification by the concerned counsel of the case. Return the Statutory deposit, if any. The appeal stands disposed of in terms above.
