This Court, vide order dated 11.11.2024 granted time to the appellants to serve notice upon the sole respondent through paper publication. An affidavit has been filed on behalf of the appellants on 19.11.2024 stating that service of notice upon the sole respondent has been effected by publishing the notice in two local newspapers, namely, The Assam Tribune (English) and Dainik Agradoot (Assamese). Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and after going through the contents of the affidavit, we are of the view that service of notice upon the sole respondent is complete.
