Mr. A. R. Gogoi, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd. who is the Petitioner herein submits that he has instructions to withdraw the instant writ petition taking into account that there are certain formal defects in the writ petition which needs to be rectified. He therefore submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with a liberty to re-file.

¶2This Court has also heard the counsels appearing on behalf of the Respondents.

¶3Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to re-file by removing those formal defects.
