Pursuant to the notice issued on 22.11.2024, instructions have been placed by the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the State Respondents issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) dated 26.11.2024 wherein it has been categorically mentioned that though the damaged vehicles were lying at the plot of the land of the Petitioner but the same was removed pursuant to the receipt of the said notice. The said instruction is kept on record and marked with the letter "X".

¶2The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner also submitted that pursuant to the issuance of notice by this Court, the vehicles in questions have been removed and as such nothing further remains in the writ petition.

¶3Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands closed.
