¶2This writ petition is filed by the petitioner impugning the order dated

27.07.2022, passed in F.T. Case No. 600/2017 by the Foreigners' Tribunal Bajali, Assam. By the said opinion the reference was answered in affirmative and the petitioner was declared to be a foreigner of post 25.03.1971 stream.

¶3After submitting at some length, the learned counsel for the petitioner craves leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition as according to him certain vital facts were not brought on record at the time of filing the writ petition.

¶4He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with a liberty to file it a fresh.

¶5Prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is not objected to by Page No.# 3/3 the learned counsel for the respondents.

¶6Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal with a liberty to file a fresh.
