Judgment
ORDER Date : 11.11.2024
None appears on behalf of the Petitioner on call however, Mr. P. Sharma, the learned Standing counsel appears on behalf of the AFDC.
¶2The record reveals that the Petitioner was directed to take steps upon the Respondent No.4 by way of Registered Post. However, various orders passed by the Lawazima Court shows that no steps in that regard have been taken. In addition to that, the learned Standing counsel for the AFDC submits that this fishery in question has already been settled by floating NIT.
¶3Taking into account the above, it seems that the Petitioner has lost interest in the instant proceedings for which the instant writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
