ORDER Date : 16.09.2024 Heard Ms. K. Saikia, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Ms. R. Deka, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 4 and Mr. R. Dhar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 3 and 7. This is an application seeking correction of the cause title in Page No.# 4/5 WP(C) No. 6489/2023 by giving correct address fo respondent no. 4, i.e. Medical Authority, Goalpara, Department of Empowerment of persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Goalpara-783121. Ms. Saikia, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the address of the respondent no. 4 has been incorrectly mentioned in the cause title due to an oversight. Learned counsels appearing for the respondents submits that they have received no instruction to object to the prayer for correction as sought for in the instant Interlocutory Application. I have given prudent consideration to the arguments made at the bar. It appears that the detail of respondent no. 4 was inadvertently incorrect in the cause title and accordingly the instant application has been filed. It further appears that due to oversight the said mistake crept in the address of respondent no. 4. In view of the above, this Court is of the considered view, that in the ends of justice, the said Interlocutory Application warrants to be allowed. As such, it is directed that the address of the respondent no. 4 be corrected by inserting the correct address as the Medical Authority, Goalpara, Department of Empowerment of persons with Disabilities, Page No.# 5/5 Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Goalpara-783121.
