ORDER Date : 03-10-2024 This Court vide an order dated 23.09.2024 had sought for a report from the Registry as to why in the certified copy of the judgment dated 02.05.2024 passed in SAO No. 7/2012 the names of the respondent Nos. 2 to 7 are different from the names which actually appear in the Appeal Memo in SAO No. 7/2012. Page No.# 3/3

¶2In this respect, the Registry had submitted a report on 01.10.2024 wherein it was mentioned that certain mistakes crept in the CIS system which had resulted in such an anomaly.

¶3It was also mentioned in the report that necessary correction can be carried out in the CIS system and thereupon a proper certified copy can be issued.

¶4Taking into account the above, this Court disposes of the instant application thereby directing the Registry to issue a fresh certified copy to the applicant by removing such defects and showing the names of the parties whose name actually appears in the Appeal Memo in SAO No. 7/2012.

¶5The same be issued immediately forthwith upon fresh application being filed by the applicant.

¶6With the above observations and directions, the instant I.A. stands disposed of.
