Heard Ms. SA Khalifa, learned counsel for the applicant, who by means of this application has sought for impleadment of the present Director of Higher Education as Page No.# 2/2 the respondent no. 2 in the connected contempt petition. The learned counsel has drawn the attention of this Court to the communication dated 02.04.2024 issued to the said incumbent by registered post in spite of which, no steps have been taken for compliance of the order in question. Considering the above, the interlocutory application stands allowed and the following incumbent is arrayed as the respondent no.2: Smt. Pomi Baruah, The Director of Higher Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati–781 019.
