27.11.2024 Heard Mr. R. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S. Baruah, learned Government Advocate, Assam. In terms of the earlier orders passed by this Court, learned Government Advocate, Assam has placed before this Court the copy of the instructions received from the Office of the Superintendent of Police, Biswanath Chariali. In terms of the said instruction placed, learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner's Current Account No.36419152443 and Saving Account No.11266991676 maintained in the State Bank of India (SBI), Biswanath Chariali were on 28.12.2023. Subsequently, the Account No.2051010001432 maintained at the Punjab National Bank (PNB), Biswanath Chariali has also been unfrozen on 25.11.2024 by the Bank. Page No.# 3/3 In that view of the matter, the grievances of the petitioner has been redressed by the respondent Authorities. A copy of the instructions dated 25.11.2024 has been placed before the Court and tagged on record. Since the grievances of the writ petitioner have been redressed, the writ petitioner does not wish to press this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
