Ms. R. Choudhury, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that pursuant to the directions passed by this Court, the petitioner has already submitted application seeking conversion/reclassification of land in terms of the provision of The Assam Agricultural Land (Regulation of Reclassification and Transfer for Non-Agricultural Purpose) Act, 2015. The said application so filed is presently under process.

¶2Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition therefore stands closed.
