06.11.2024 Mr. W. Rahman, learned counsel appears on behalf of Mr. A. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner, while Mr. N.C. Das, learned Sr. Counsel assisted by Ms. J. Baishya appears for the respondent Nos.2-4.

¶2The counsels for the parties both submit that the PF contribution payable by the respondent Nos.2-4 has been paid by the respondents and accordingly, the writ petition can be closed.

¶3Mr. N.C. Das, learned Sr. Counsel for the respondents has also submitted a letter dated 05.11.2024 issued by the Addl. P.F. Commissioner, Board of Trustees, which is to the effect that the petitioner has submitted the deposited PF contribution.

¶4The letter dated 05.11.2024 is made a part of the record and marked as Annexure-X. Page No.# 3/3

¶5In view of the submission made by the counsels for the parties, the writ petition is closed as infructuous.

¶6The interim order, passed earlier, stands vacated.
