28.11.2024 Heard Mr. D K Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2) The Court by order dated 07.06.2024 called for the case diary pertaining to Satgaon Police Station Case No. 94/2024, registered under Sections 406/420/468/470 of the IPC and granted interim protection to the petitioner, namely, Sri Krishna Kant Nath, son of Sri Govinda Ch. Nath, in said Satgaon P.S. Case No. 94/2024, Page No.# 2/2 which is in force till date, i.e., 28.11.2024. 3) During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on the instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in said Satgaon P.S. Case No. 94/2024 vide charge-sheet No. 87/2024 dated 31.08.2024. 4) As such, the petitioner, named above, is directed to approach the appropriate forum on or before 07.12.2024 for his regular bail in said Satgaon P.S. Case No. 94/2024. 5) For the said purpose, interim protection granted to the petitioner earlier on

07.06.2024 in said Satgaon P.S. Case No. 94/2024 is extended up to 07.12.2024 only. 6) With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands closed.
