22.11.2024 Heard Mr. M.U. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. A. Borah, learned Standing Counsel, NHM. The claims of the petitioner was non-release of bills in respect of supply of two numbers of vehicle by the petitioner to the respondent authorities. Today when the matter is called up, the learned Standing Counsel, NHM who submits before the Court by communication dated 22.07.2024, the petitioner's bills in respect of Vehicle No AS-15G-0541 and AS-14D-0561 have already been paid. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if that be the case, the writ petition can be closed. Accordingly, in view of such submission, the writ petition stands closed as not pressed.
