The case is put up before the National Lok Adalat.

The Insurance Company is represented by its officials.

The claimant is duly present along with engaged counsel.

It is submitted that the earlier awarded amount was Rs. 9,29,591/- (Rupees nine lakhs twenty nine thousand five hundred ninety one) only which has already been deposited by the Insurance Company along with the interest and the same has also been withdrawn by the claimant.

Both the parties are agreed to settle the matter on an additional amount of Rs. 4,20,000/- (Rupees four lakhs twenty thousand) only as full and final settlement.

Page No.# 3/3 Accordingly, the respondent/New India Assurance Company Ltd. is hereby directed to deposit an additional amount of Rs. 4,20,000/- (Rupees four lakhs twenty thousand) only before the Registry of this Court within a period of 1

(one) month from today and the claimant will be at liberty to withdraw the same on being proper verification and identification by the engaged counsel of the case.

The appeal stands disposed of in terms above.
