The case is put up before the National Lok Adalat.

The Insurance Company is represented by its officials.

The claimant is duly present along with engaged counsel.

It is submitted that the earlier awarded amount was Rs. 29,01,316/- (Rupees twenty nine lakhs one thousand three hundred sixteen) only which has Page No.# 3/3 already been paid along with interest by the Insurance Company.

Both the parties are agreed to settle the matter on an additional amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees two lakhs fifty thousand) only as full and final settlement.

Accordingly, the appellant/HDFC ERGO General Insurance Co. Ltd. is hereby directed to deposit an additional amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees two lakhs fifty thousand) only before the Registry of this Court within a period of 1

(one) month from today and the claimant No. 1-Jyoti Devi @ Jyoti Devee will be at liberty to withdraw the same on being proper verification and identification by the engaged counsel of the case.
