O R D E R

14.11.2024 Pursuant to this Court's order dated 05.11.2024, Ms. P Bhattacharya, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that after death of the petitioner, who died on 11.07.2024, his legal heir i.e. his wife is not interested to pursue this matter. Accordingly, the wife of the deceased petitioner has written a letter to her Page No.# 2/2 along with a copy of the death certificate of the deceased petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, matter stands closed being abated. The Xerox copy of the letter sent by the wife of the deceased petitioner along with the aforesaid death certificate is kept on record. Accordingly, the criminal petition stands closed.
