The matter was earlier transferred to District Courts (South), but the same was received back with the observation that the suit falls within the jurisdiction of South-East District. I have perused the order dated 27.07.2016 which states that the respondent is having its office at Lodhi Colony which falls within the jurisdiction of South-East District. Perusal of the plaint shows that office of the defendant is situated at Scope Complex, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi which falls within the jurisdiction of South-East District. Hence, Registry is directed to send the complete records to the Ld. District Judge, (South-East), Saket Courts on 14th October, 2016. Parties shall appear before Ld.
