¶2Aflei:somearguments,Mr RajshekharRao, learned counselappearing for the petitioner states, on instructions,that the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petitions. He however, requeststhat the petitionerbe granted further time to respondto the DG's report circulatedby the CCI. He states that the hearing is fixed by CCI tomorrow.

¶3The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner would be at liberty to make a request for further time before the CCI. Needless to state - giventhe facts of this case - that if such a requestis madethe same wouldbe r considered sympathetically.

¶4It is clarified that all rights and contentions of the parties are kept open.
