¶1Mr. Manish Maini, counsel for appellant, states that pursuant to discussions between the counsels and instructions from respective parties, the matter stands settled.

¶2Parties are referred to Pre-sitting Lok Adalat for resolution of disputes.

¶3Parties to appear either physically or through VC before Pre-sitting Lok Adalat, on 25th August 2026 at 02:30 pm., for recording the settlement.

¶4Concerned officer from the Insurance Company, who is authorised to take decisions, shall be present, either physically or through VC, before the Pre-sitting Lok Adalat.

¶5Copy of order be sent to Secretary, Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee for information and compliance. This is a digitally signed order. 6. The parties are directed to comply with the settlement that has been arrived at, and which shall be recorded by the Pre-sitting Lok Adalat.

¶7Accordingly, appeal stands disposed of.

¶8Pending applications are rendered infructuous.
