20.02.2017 EX.P. 306/2015 Present execution petition has been listed today by the registry pursuant to minutes of the meeting of Hon'ble Judges (Original Side) held on 20.10.2016, which has been approved by Hon'ble Chief Justice on 17.11.2016, as per which the pending execution petitions involving a sum upto Rs. 2 crores have to be transferred to concerned District Court. Learned counsels for parties have admitted that sum involved in the present execution petition is less than Rs. 2 crores, therefore the present matter needs to be transferred to concerned district court.

In view of same and in view of the order dated 13.02.2017 of Hon,ble Court, the present execution petition stands transferred to the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, North West District, Rohini Court Delhi for 29.03.2017 at 10.00 a.m. Contd....2 Parties are directed to appear before the said court on that date and time.
