¶1By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking quashing of the order dated 13th October, 2016 passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate, South East District, Delhi and case FIR No.566/2016 under Sections 420/467/468/471/451/506/120-B IPC registered at PS Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi.

¶2Today after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

¶3The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
