28.04.2016. However as per clarification received from learned Registrar General conveyed through to Registrar (Original), only IPR related matters are to be retained in this Court as per aforesaid notification. Accordingly the case file sent back to the court of learned District and Sessions Judge, West, Tis Hazari Court. Parties are directed to appear before learned Ld.
