Learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 submits that in case any such representation is pending with respondent no. 3, same will be disposed of, in accordance with law within six weeks. In view of this statement of learned counsel for the respondent no. 3, present writ petition is disposed of with the directions to respondent no. 3 to dispose of representation of the petitioner, if pending, in accordance with law within six weeks.
