No. 19011/2015 (u/O 23 R 3 CPC) Parties have settled their disputes on the terms and conditions as stipulated in this application which has been signed by the parties and their counsel, inasmuch as, has been supported by the affidavits of the parties. Application is marked as Mark 'C-1'. I find the terms of the settlement to be lawful. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement. Accordingly, a decree is passed in terms of Mark 'C-1', which shall form part of the decree. Date fixed in the matter, that is, 12th October, 2015 is cancelled. Application is disposed in the above terms.
