12.01.2016 This is a suit having jurisdictional value less than rupees two crores and one of the defendants works for gain in South West District.

Keeping in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 & in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District & Session Judge (South West District), Dwarka Courts, Delhi on 2nd April, 2016. Date 05/04/2016 fixed earlier, stands cancelled.

Ld. counsel for the plaintiff would inform the defendants, in writing about the transfer of the present matter and a copy of such written intimation be also placed on court file by ld. counsel for the plaintiff.
