Learned counsel for plaintiff undertakes that previous cost of Rs.8000/- shall be deposited within two weeks and receipt in this regard shall be filed in the Registry.

Learned counsels for parties present have jointly submitted that in view of lack of pecuniary jurisdiction in this Court, the matter needs to be transferred to New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, where the territorial and pecuniary jurisdiction lies.

Accordingly, in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Contd….2 Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, New Delhi District, Patiala House Court Complex, Delhi on 16.09.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
